Honesty - what they say and do - are they trust worthy - do what they say they will.

"to be honest with you" "to tell you the truth" "between you and me" "in all honesty"

Vision - Articulate a vision and inspire action - see the big pictures and paint it for others.

Active Listening - Should be approachable and open, flexible - Ask questions and offer suggestions.

Giving Feedback - give credit when deserved and offer regular positive feedback - constructive feedback is also essential to building rapport.
