How many employees have the responsibility for Knowledge Management?

What does their role encompass?

How many editors do you have? What are their roles?

Unlike, Rather than:

The need for a costly editorial teams.

Spending resources on filing and linking content.

Business Objective, Business Challenges:

No longer require a team of editors to manually link content to encourage more views. To create that feeling of infinite linking.

We can facilitate and reduce the cost of knowledge management.

I CAN GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE.

A FT.com and the Times online both of which we power, they traditionally employed large editorial teams to manually link articles and identify similarity between articles.

This was a costly, time consuming and labor intensive process. Using FAST ESP they can now automatically identify similarities between articles in the index based, not only on similar authors and dates but based on similar key concepts and entities extracted from the articles. This has greatly bolstered their editorial team and culminated in large time and salary reductions.
